APS入学手続（２）入学手続きに必要な書類について

前回（APS入学手続（１）Info Packについて）に引き続き、入学手続についてご紹介します。

入学手続書類一覧

Info Packのメインの内容は入学手続に関するもので、アテネオ大学と国連平和大学のそれぞれに提出する書類について指示されています。アテネオ大学への提出書類が複雑、また締め切りも早いので、これから数回に分けてご紹介します。

アテネオ大学への提出書類一覧

APS12の場合、1月15日までにスキャンデータ提出、原本は29日提出と指示されており、提出書類は下記の通りでした。

・Authenticated Transcript of Records (TOR) both in English and Native Language of your bachelor degree

・Photocopy of the authenticated TOR

・Authenticated Diploma or Certificate of Graduation (COG) both in English and Native Language

・Photocopy of the authenticated diploma or COG

・Two (2) Original filled-out Application Form for AdMU ADMISSION TO GRADUATE STUDIES

・Two (2) photocopies of the filled-out Application Form (photocopy the filled-out form with the 2x2 ID picture.)

・Two (2) original copies of the Personal Essay

・Three (3) duly accomplished Recommendation Forms

・TOEFL results – one (1) original and two (2) photocopies

・Three (3) Colored photocopies of your Passport Bio-page

・Ten (10) 2” x 2” colored ID pictures against white background, no eyewear and headwear

・Four (4) 1” x 1” colored ID pictures against white background, no eyewear and headwear

・Two (2) photocopies of marriage certificate for married women

・Printed (but pre-checked and approved by APS Manila Office) Bureau of Immigration form:Two (2) original Special Student Permit Form – for Degree
